Strong, Durable, Light weight, and Affordable!

Engineered All Aluminum Frames using proprietary extrusions which are superior to Galvanized steel frame units which allow for galvanic corrosion between the aluminum and steel components as well as the steel frame itself corroding and failing. Galvanizing is only good as long as it is not compromised. Once coating is scratched, stone bruised, drilled or welded rust resistance is greatly compromised. Resale value will always be better with an aluminum frame trailer! Steel frames have put companies out of business – King, Rustler as well as others. Sundowner has abandoned the steel frame trailer Valuelite – 727 due to substantial warranty and frame failures. Don’t believe me just check on the internet about the frame failures! |

Heavier Duty, better engineered rear frame with mitered rear corners and interior re-enforcement is stronger than our competitions butt welded frame. Rear Frames are the single biggest warranty on all brands of trailers cracking at the top or bottom, this includes steel frame trailers. Remember all the used trailers you have seen with repairs in these critical areas. Our rear frames are jig built, so every frame is square and true, all doors and hardware are mounted in the rear frame flat to ensure proper spacing and alignment. Once the rear frame is installed the entire rear of the trailer is complete and square. The Competition hangs their doors with pop rivets not very robust method of attachment. |
| 3. |
Side wall Construction: Our full height vertical uprights are superior by design. The competition uses a horizontal member that is merely pop riveted on the adjoining vertical upright (look for the single rivet on the exterior of the trailer). This is an inferior design as it allows the animal to crowd against the side wall and create a potential area for failure. |
| 4. |
More welding on the Twi-Lite, we weld both inside and outside creating a stronger frame by welding both sides building a four sided box at every connection point. Our competition only welds the inside connection thus creating a situation where pressure from the animal inside the trailer creates stress that can result in weld failure. Remember Twi-Lite has a heavy duty structural adhesive on all contact points of the panels and extruded structural members for superior durability, vibration and noise reduction. |
| 5. |
Larger Stalls than the Competitions comparable models - LS Slant Load is 4” longer – LS EXT / LT / XLT Slants are 6” longer - All Straight Loads are 5” Longer in the stall area. Competition claims to know Horses, then why are their stalls so small? The comfort of the horse is in the stall length not the width. If your stall is too short your horse has to hold his neck in an unnatural position causing back and neck problems for your horse as well contributing it him being a ill hauling horse. |

Twi--LiteTires have 4 year warranty and standard limited roadside assist included in on every trailer at No Charge! A piece of mind for your customer and their family when using their new Twi-Lite trailer. An 800 number and an average 25 minute response time to change your spare for you! Competition uses random tires, you never know where you can get them warranted and no road side assist and less warranty. |

All structural wall Panels are laminated with two .050 Acrylic coated White 3004 full hard sheets for additional strength and dent resistance providing over 500% more tensile strength than the Competitions .040 3105 half hard sheet which is significantly less resistant to dents and also has polyester finish on the skin. This has less resistance to black streaking and fading than our Acrylic coating. The white skin that we use on our trailers is the same skin used by the Fruehauf, Great Dane, and Wabash over the road semi trailers. |
| 8. |
Ultra Strong Urethane adhesive used on all panel connections– 1,500 PSI rated – Eliminates vibration and noise – adds additional great amount of strength. Our adhesive is produced by the same company that provides it to the auto manufactures which use it to install windshields and body components. Our competition has none! Their panels can be moved by hand and float in the frames. In many cases their panels are not even laminated under pressure and they use spray can adhesive to adhere skin to foam core. Over the course of time the competitions panels will deteriorate due to the friction caused by road vibration showing exterior degradation of the white coating. |

Twi-Lite Welded Heavy Duty Hinges with stainless steel pins and machine grade nylon bushings keep your precious cargo safe as well as giving years of maintenance free service vs. light duty pop riveted hinges that wear out quickly and are prone to fail! Over 32” of weld secure our Heavy Duty Hinges compared to 3/8 pop rivets which do you think is stronger? |
| 11. |
2” x 1” Roof Bows on all units vs. 1”x 1” roof bows. Twi-Lite’s roof is fastened the top rail with stainless steel screws after a butyl tape seal is applied. Once this is done all seams are sealed with Extreme Tape by 3M for a double sealed roof. Our roof which overlaps the top rail for superior leak prevention. It is superior to our competitions inset roof which creates a pool of water on the roof to freeze in the winter and leak in the summer. Twi-lites roof can be replaced or repaired with out disassembling the trailer our competitions can not. |
| 12. |
Axles with Never Adjust Brakes this make sure you have optimum stopping power for safety*** |
| 13. |
All wiring run in the body of the trailer drastically reducing the likely hood of having wiring or light failure issues with your new Twi-Lite trailer. Vs. our competition runs their wiring underneath the trailer for all lights in a PVC conduit prone to failures. All Twi-Lite wiring utilizes automotive style wiring harness using quick connects and or shrink tubing connectors at brakes connection for corrosion and water resistance. |

Additional .080 aluminum liner in all kick areas for .130 thickness behind rubber wall liner protects you investment as well as your cargo. Competitions trailer liner is hard no shock absorption – panel does not have structural strength of our panel, their exposed aluminum uprights are hard non cushioned surface for horse to get hurt on and they have no liner behind rumber liner a kicking horse can dent through to the outside. Our Rubber liner can be repaired or replaced theirs can not be repaired without disassembling the trailer |
| 15. |
All Led Lights including interior and load lights for low Amp Draw on smaller tow vehicles – Roof Line marker lights for additional safety standard on all models. Marker lights are an up charge on our competitors trailer |

Superior extrusion designed by a extrusion engineer with over 20 years of aluminum extrusion experience. Do the door test; twist the competitions dressing room door it will flex badly! You can even see it flex in their demo on the web and then try ours, it will not twist and distort out of shape. If you can do that to their door just think what your horse can do to it. |
| 18. |
All of our structure is reliant upon welded or adhesive connections, these are tried and proven method used by every automotive / equipment manufacture in business today. Our competition uses all thread rods to hold trailer together this is a problem just waiting to happen. They have no barrier between the rods and the aluminum, the nuts are tightened right against the aluminum causing galvanic corrosion, as the trailer get older and more miles on it the stress from the compression caused by rods will cause them to become loose and cause the trailer structure to begin to work back and forth causing additional component failures. The rods will rust as they are plain uncoated steel all thread. They will also vibrate and cause more noise in the interior of the trailer further stressing your horse. |
| 19. |
Twi-Lite Only Uses Brand Name Dexter Feed Doors and Windows which have safety glass and more structural integrity than off brand windows and feed doors used by our Competition. This is to insure that you can purchase parts for these components for years to come to ensure your trailer performs well and looks good. |
| 20. |
Twi-Lite EZ-lift ramps are bolted on so that in an unlikely event of our custom engineered springs needs replaced if can be done quickly and easily. Our springs are engineered to work up to 270 degrees from their closed position so that they do not loose strength from being over torque past its limits, which happens to off the shelf springs our competition uses. By having these springs custom designed it allows us to provide a very user friendly ramp while maintaining a rugged construction for the safety of your animals. Our competition uses welded hinges to attach the ramp which requires that you cut numerous welds to repair even one spring causing unneeded expense when servicing your trailer. Plus common sense tells you to replace all the spring because of the costly job of cutting the welds off and re-welding our competitions ramp. |
